Verify your BuiltByBit purchase
Bought on BuiltByBit? Link your account so our bot gives you the @Paid Customer role and access to customer-only support channels.
Link your Discord to BuiltByBit
In the Discord server, use the bot's link to connect your Discord account to your BuiltByBit account.
Sync your account
Run the /sync command. Once it confirms, you'll receive the @Paid Customer role
automatically.
Ask away
With the role applied, you're in. Open a ticket or post in the customer channels and we'll help you out.
Verification is what unlocks customer support, so do the /sync step before opening a
ticket, since it confirms your purchase for us.
Reporting a bug
To help us fix things fast, include:
- Your server software and version (e.g. Purpur 1.21.10).
- The plugin version (
/smshows it, or check the jar name). - What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Any errors from the server console (paste them, don't screenshot if you can help it).
